Courtesy Visit From the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK)
Institut Perkhidmatan Awam received a courtesy visit from the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) on Wednesday, 22 October 2025. The UMK delegation was welcomed by the Director and officers of IPA. The three member delegation from UMK was led by Mohd Saffiri Ibrahim, Senior Assistant Registrar of Talent Management and Excellence Division, UMK.
The visit aimed to gain insights into both institutes’ management practices and strategies for developing talent and leadership succession.
