Charting Our Future Together
Institut Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA), Brunei Darussalam, hosted the Brunei leg of the 17th Brunei–Malaysia–Singapore Leadership Development Programme (LDP) from 12 to 14 October 2026, bringing together 28 civil servants from the three countries. The opening ceremony at Dewan Ittisal, IPA, featured welcoming remarks by Dr Norfarizal bin Othman, Director General of the Public Service Department. Also in attendance was Dr Hajah Noor Maya binti Haji Md Salleh, Director of IPA.
Through knowledge sharing, discussions and learning activities, participants explored public service reforms and national priorities, including Wawasan Brunei 2035, renewable energy, manpower development, social development and digital transformation. Running from 12 to 23 October 2026 across Brunei Darussalam, Singapore and Malaysia, the programme promotes shared learning and closer cooperation to develop public service leaders who can respond to future challenges and translate strategies into action.
