An introductory course on organisational process improvement equips individuals with the foundational knowledge and skills to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality within their organisation. These courses typically cover methodologies, tools, and techniques for analysing, redesigning, and improving business processes. They also emphasise the importance of continuous improvement and provide practical strategies for implementing successful process improvement initiatives
