Introduction
The Strategic Management and Strategic Planning program is designed to equip participant with a deep understanding of how organizations can effectively define their long-term objectives, allocate resources, and measure performance to achieve sustainable success. The course begins with foundational concepts such as planning and budgeting and progresses to advanced performance measurement techniques. Emphasis is placed on practical application, enabling participant to create customized performance improvement tools that align strategy and operations within their organizations.
Key focus areas include mastering the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), integrating performance metrics across departments, and leveraging modern management tools like balanced scorecards and dashboards. These tools help organizations continuously monitor and adjust their strategic initiatives to stay aligned with goals. By the end of the program, participant will have both the theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to lead strategic management efforts that promote agility, transparency, and sustained competitiveness in a dynamic business environment.
