Courses offered by IPA are opened to Brunei Civil Service at all level. Private sector or individuals are welcome to apply at reasonable rate (click here for rate).

How to apply

Brunei government

All application should be made through iLearn system. Application for government employee has to be channeled to appointed Training Coordinator at respective Ministry/Department for classroom-based courses. The training coordinator will then forward the application through iLearn system for nomination.

Private sector

Private sector may write in a formal request to IPA and address to the Director of Institut Perkhidmatan Awam. The company will be given access to iLearn system to enroll themselves for IPA courses. The payment shall be made offline prior to the start of course to ensure seats are confirmed.

Individual

Individual who wish to attend course at IPA will have to write in formal request stating the title of the course and the preferable date. Payment shall be made at IPA. Please remember to ask for the receipt.
