Profiling For Civil Service

Objective and scope
- To address IPA training plan for each cluster of
groups: Executive Level, Middle Management,
Junior Middle Management, Supervisory Level and
Support Staff.
- To develop competency model to be
aligned with wawasan 2035 and Wawasan
Perkhidmatan Awam.
Target Job Group
- Executive Level (Superscale – Director)
- Middle Management Level (Division II –
BE & Group – Deputy and Assistant Director)
- Junior Middle Management (Division II –
B2)
- Supervisory level (Division III)
- Support Staff (Division IV & V)
Project Period
The project started on December 2009 and
expected to be completed by May 2010.
