• To provide a forum for policy makers, HR practitioners and academics to share ideas and information on the human resource practices in Brunei Darussalam.

• To document the discussion to serve as guidelines for cooperation among the various organizations and institutions towards effective human resource capacity for the public and private sectors in Brunei Darussalam.

• To create a HR learning community in Brunei Darussalam.
   

Format:

A roundtable discussion is proposed where representatives from various institutions and organizations meet and present a paper from their case/perspective on how HR executives and high level officials execute on their business or organization strategies or to prepare for the future and discuss HR practices and issues.
