100 HOUR TRAINING

Prime Minister's Office circular 3/2003 titled 'Minimum training requirement for officers and staff of Civil Service', 100 hours training definition includes all short course  programmes and training and learning activities which involve in the development and enhancement of human resource capacity.

Objectives

• To ensure systematic planning and implementation of human resource development programme and activity.
• To ensure every civil servant at  any level have the opportunity to attend training.
• To develop efficient civil service.

IPA's Roles

• Coordinates for the purpose of monitoring the achievement of 100 hours training initiative.
• Provides advise and consultations related to the 100 hours training policy.
• Provides training facility for 100 hours activities from ministries and departments.
