Interested companies may submit their proposals and quotations commencing THURSDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2016 (8:30 a.m) Brunei Local Time.
Submission of Proposals and Quotations will only be accepted at http://www.ipa.gov.bn
Participating Companies are required to pay a registration fee of BND100.00 (Brunei Dollars: One Hundred Only).
User ID and Password to access the online system will only be provided upon registration.

Dewan Teater, Jabatan Perdana Menteri (10 November 2016) – Konvensyen Kumpulan Kerja Cemerlang (KKC) Peringkat Kebangsaan Kali Ke-19 Tahun 2016, anjuran Institut Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA) telah ditutup petang tadi dengan Majlis Penyampaian Hadiah dan Anugerah-anugerah kepada kumpulan kerja cemerlang yang menyertai pada tahun ini. Tetamu Kehormat di Majlis tersebut ialah Yang Mulia Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Roselan bin Haji Mohamad Daud, Timbalan Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri.
Konvensyen KKC Peringkat Kebangsaan Kali Ke-19 pada tahun ini berlangsung selama satu (1) hari dimana sebanyak 9 kumpulan dari 5 Jabatan yang mewakili 4 buah Kementerian Kerajaan telah membentangkan projek-projek mereka yang menjurus kepada pembaikan proses kerja dan meningkatkan produktiviti dan kualiti. Sebanyak enam (6) buah kumpulan telah membuat persembahan projek KKC pada sesi pagi manakala tiga (3) kumpulan pada sesi petang. Pemarkahan projek KKC dinilai melalui laporan projek KKC, pembentangan semasa Sesi Tertutup, tinjauan dan persembahan semasa Sesi Terbuka. Sesi Terbuka berkenaan telah menampilkan persembahan kumpulan-kumpulan yang diwarnai dengan pelbagai kaedah penyampaian projek termasuk tayangan video, drama dan ilustrasi projek.
Majlis Penutup Konvensyen dimulakan dengan tayangan klip video KKC 2016 dan diikuti dengan penyampaian ulasan penilaian oleh Ketua Panel Penilai, Awang Haji Abd Aziz bin Dato Paduka Haji Abdullah. Majlis diteruskan dengan Pengerusi Majlis, Dayang Hajah Norezan binti Haji Hambali, Pengarah Institut Perkhidmatan Awam, menjemput Tetamu Kehormat Majlis untuk menyempurnakan acara penyampaian hadiah dan anugerah bagi kumpulan-kumpulan yang menyertai Konvensyen KKC Peringkat Kebangsaan.
21 November 2015 - Twenty-five human professionals from the Civil Service Institute (IPA) and Public Service Department (JPA) who had undergone the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) Professional Certification Programme received their certificates during a ceremony at The Rizqun International Hotel in Gadong on 21st November 2015.
The certificates were presented by the guest of honour, Awang Yahya bin Haji Idris, Permanent Secretary (Corporate Affairs and Public Administration) at the Prime Minister's Office.
The programme, which was conducted by Dr Kim Schofield, a member of AHRI, was made possible through a collaboration between the IPA and an award-winning human capital development solution provider, K-Pintar Sdn Bhd (K-Pintar), Malaysia.
According to the Director of the IPA, Hajah Norezan binti Haji Hambali, the certification programme was intended at enhancing the competency of participants from both agencies in human resource functions to better support organisation leaders in managing their people.
It was organised through a collaboration between Civil Service Institute and an award-winning human capital development solution provider, K-Pintar Sdn Bhd (K-Pintar), Malaysia.
NOVEMBER 2, BERAKAS – Top Ten Business Thinkers in the World and the top-rated executive coach, Dr Marshall Goldsmith was the invited speaker at the Mahaguru Lecture Series event themed Global Leadership organised by the Civil Service Institute, Prime Minister’s Office.The event which was held at the Cesar Grand Hall, Orchid Garden Hotel was attended by senior government officials and top management personnel. Dr Goldsmith’s talk entitled, Developing Ourselves, Our People, and Our Engagement included the five new qualities of the global leader of the future, how to use a proven model that can be used to develop oneself as a leader, coach others and build partnerships; achieving personal goals and increasing employee engagement using the daily question process and how to use key concepts to become a more effective leader.
Pusat Persidangan Antarabangsa, Berakas (30 September 2015) – Konvensyen Kumpulan Kerja Cemerlang (KKC) Peringkat Kebangsaan Kali Ke-18 Tahun 2015, anjuran Institut Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA) telah ditutup petang tadi dengan Majlis Penyampaian Anugerah-anugerah Khas kepada kumpulan-kumpulan yang menyertai. Tetamu Kehormat di Majlis tersebut ialah Yang Mulia Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Wahab bin Juned, Timbalan Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri.
Konvensyen KKC Peringkat Kebangsaan Kali Ke-18 pada tahun ini berlangsung selama satu (1) hari dimana sebanyak 10 kumpulan dari 6 Jabatan yang mewakili 5 buah Kementerian Kerajaan telah membentangkan projek-projek mereka yang menjurus dalam kategori seperti Pembaikan Proses, Perkhidmatan Pelanggan, Penjimatan Kos dan Masa, Perubahan Budaya Kerja dan Organisasi dan Produktiviti dan Kualiti. Sebanyak tujuh (7) buah kumpulan telah membuat persembahan projek KKC pada sesi pagi manakala tiga (3) kumpulan pada sesi petang.
Format pembentangan pada tahun ini adalah berbeza daripada format pada tahun-tahun yang sudah iaitu dari segi pemberian markah ke atas persembahan projek. Perubahan ini adalah bagi menjana kreativiti kumpulan-kumpulan yang bertanding melalui gaya persembahan yang bersinergi serta menarik seperti sketsa, nyanyian dan suntingan video penceritaan projek masing-masing.
Majlis Penutup Konvensyen dimulakan dengan tayangan klip video KKC 2015 dan diikuti dengan Persembahan Koir KKC oleh Pegawai, Kakitangan dan Penuntut Penempatan Institut Perkhidmatan Awam. Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian ulasan penilaian oleh Ketua Penilai, Awang Abd Aziz bin Dato Paduka Haji Abdullah, Juruukur Kanan, Jabatan Ukur, Kementerian Pembangunan. Acara kemuncak Majlis ialah Ucapan Penutupan Rasmi oleh Tetamu Kehormat Majlis yang disusuli dengan acara penyampaian Anugerah.
Agensi yang menerima Anugerah Khas Jabatan Aktif bagi KKC ialah Jabatan Ukur, Kementerian Pembangunan, Anugerah Fasilitator Terbaik disandang oleh Awang Muhammad Ali bin Hassan daripada Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat, Kementerian Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri, manakala Anugerah Persembahan Terbaik diberikan kepada Kumpulan ATP HSSE daripada Jabatan Pentadbiran dan Perkhidmatan-Perkhidmatan, Kementerian Pendidikan.
Keputusan Konvensyen KKC Peringkat Kebangsaan Kali Ke-18 akan di umumkan semasa Majlis Sambutan Hari Perkhidmatan Awam Kali Ke-22 yang akan diselajurkan dengan Majlis Penyampaian Hadiah bagi kumpulan-kumpulan yang menyertai Konvensyen KKC Peringkat Kebangsaan pada tahun ini.

The event was co-organised by the Civil Service Institute and Attorney's General Chambers and took place in Dewan Pencapaian, Civil service Institute Rimba.
Bandar Seri Begawan, 26 April 2016 – Institut Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA) telah mengadakan acara tahunan Institut berkenaan iaitu Majlis Pemberigaan Pembelajaran dan Pembangunan Kapasiti yang berlangsung pada 26 April 2016.
Majlis berkenaan adalah bagi memberigakan inisiatif dan peralihan strategi IPA disamping menghuraikan sebarang cabaran yang di hadapi dan mengongsikan perolehan cadangan strategi laluan ke depan dan seterusnya, menyediakan platform untuk mengukuhkan komitmen HRD Ambassador Kementerian dan Jabatan Kerajaan termasuk dari sektor swasta.
Majlis dimulakan dengan Sesi Perkongsian Maklumat dimulakan oleh Yang Mulia Hajah Norezan binti Haji Hambali, Pengarah Institut Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA). Pembentangan beliau meliputi inisiatif-inisiatif strategik yang dilaksanakan sepanjang tiga (3) tahun kebelakangan yang mana adalah berlandaskan kepada agenda transformasi korporat yang diterajui pada masa ini. Beliau juga menyentuh mengenai dengan perubahan trend yang mengambil tempat masakini iaitu "blended learning approach" yang memerlukan peralihan strategi dalam bidang Human Resource Development (HRD).
Sesi Perkongsian antara lain mengetengahkan maklumat mengenai Program Pembangunan Kapasiti yang disampaikan oleh Yang Mulia Awang Norazlee bin Haji Ramlee, Ketua Bahagian Latihan dan Perkembangan; yang mana beliau menerangkan program-program yang ditawarkan oleh IPA bagi April 2016 – Mac 2017 termasuk tatacara permohonan, konsultansi dan khidmat in-house training. Sesi Perkongsian seterusnya berkenaan dengan Strategi Pemasaran Korporat yang disampaikan oleh Yang Mulia Dayang Hajah Masni bin Haji Mohsin, Ketua Bahagian Korporat Komunikasi menerangkan akan peranan Bahagian tersebut iaitu penyelarasan perkhidmatan dalaman dan luaran IPA dan juga, peluang-peluang kerjasama IPA dengan Institusi-Institusi luar negara.
Sesi Perkongsian juga disertai dengan perkongsian hasil perolehan kajian HRD Taskforce daripada Yang Mulia Dayang Siti Rozidah binti Jalani, Ketua Bahagian Perancangan Strategi dan Perkembangan. Beliau mengongsikan Penilaian ke atas Tahap Amalan Pembangunan Sumber Manusia dalam Perkhidmatan Awam yang dijalankan oleh HRD Taskforce Jabatan Perdana Menteri pada tahun 2015 ke atas 62.7% dari Perkhidmatan Awam mendapati fungsi pengurusan HRD lebih fokus kepada tugas rutin, kurang dalam membuat penilaian dan penyediaan atau mengembangkan warga kerja. Kajian tersebut juga dapat menyumbang ke arah usaha-usah mengukuhkan sebuah system pengurusan pembangunan sumber Manusia yang sedia ada kepada sebuah system yang lebih standard dan holistik, menambahbaik ke arah kecemerlangan Kementerian dan jabatan dalam melaksana kriteria-kriteria amalan baik Pembangunan HR dari sudut pengurusan dan untuk mewujudkan, membudaya dan melaksanakan mekanisma-mekanisma yang mendokong perkembangan Pegawai dan Kakitangan.
Antara isi kandungan sesi perkongsian maklumat turut menyentuh mengenai Gamification in Training dan Peranan Pegawai-Pegawai Latihan selaku "HRD Ambassadors" juga diberikan penekanan dimana bukan terhad kepada kerja-kerja rutin dan pentadbiran malahan meliputi peranan selaku 'Project Manager'; 'Learning Strategist'; 'Business Partner'; dan 'Professional Specialist'.
Pada sebelah petang, HR Ambassadors mengikuti World Café iaitu sesi percambahan fikiran bagi mendapatkan maklumbalas bertujuan untuk memantapkan Perkhidmatan Latihan IPA selaku HRD Agent. Pameran juga diadakan yang mempamerkan statistik kehadiran peserta latihan IPA, Asia HRD Award yang diterima oleh IPA di atas "Contribution to HR Community Award" pada 'The Asia HRD Congress 2015'. Majlis tersebut diakhiri dengan Penyampaian Direktori Latihan Institut Perkhidmatan Awam bagi April 2016 – Mac 2017 kepada wakil daripada Kementerian-Kementerian.
Majlis tersebut dihadiri oleh seramai 150 orang HRD Ambassadors dari Kementerian dan Jabatan Kerajaan termasuk pihak Swasta beserta dengan ketua-ketua HRD dan HRD System Developers.
The Program which ran for 4 days discusses the concept of KKC and provide tutorials, guide and activities to help participant in setting up their KKC projects.
The Program which was delivered by Institut Perkhidmatan Awam Trainner's was held at the Prime Minister's Office which oversees 11 groups from various departments under PMO.
The event ended on the 13th April 2016 with a certificate presentation by Yang berhormat, Mohammad Riza bin Dato Paduka Hj Mohammed Yunos, Acting Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office.
30th November 2015 - In efforts to foster a lifelong learning culture and add value into a learning organisation, the Civil Service Institute (IPA) in collaboration with SMR Group Malaysia, hosted the one-day Learning Extravaganza World Tour 2014-2018 held at the Pencapaian Hall, IPA in Rimba.
The morning session saw keynote speakers A Subra, Director of Global Business Development, SMR Group Malaysia, whose speech was titled 'Connecting Competency and Talent Development: Experience From The Field; and Dr Hajah Mona Yati DSLJ Mohammad Kassim, CEO of MUBN Learning and Growth Company, who discussed 'Shift In Mindset: The Importance of Learning and Growth.
The afternoon session saw Haji Awang Mohammad Hanafi bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Senior Manager of Group Human Resources in DST, who spoke on the topic of 'SME: Succession Planning and Career Development'; and Mohammad Norazlin bin Dato Paduka Haji Kassim, Senior Training Officer from the Civil Service Institute, on 'Gamification In Training'.
A panel session on the topic 'Future Learning Trend' moderated by Mohammad Norazlin concluded yesterday's keynote sessions.
The Learning Extravaganza World Tour is a programme established in 2014, covering 23 cities in 16 countries worldwide, and in 2015 the IPA is the hosting agency for Brunei Darussalam.
The main objective of the learning programme is to suggest learning organisation concepts and strengthen a lifelong learning culture, whilst serving as a platform for trainers to meet other professionals in similar fields and to expand their network.
The event saw the participation of 100 oficers from several departments, ministries and private companies.
The programme ended with a group photo session.
26th November 2015 - The 7th Brunei-Malaysia-Singapore Leadership Development Programme (LDP) concluded with a farewell dinner organised by the Civil Service Institute (IPA) at iLotus Restaurant in Rimba.
According to a press statement by the institute, the LDP is a joint programme between the IPA, Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN) of Malaysia and Civil Service College (CSC) of Singapore
In an interview with The Brunei Times, the group leader of the Bruneian participants, Mazlan Haji Abang, who is Acting Assistant Director of the Department of Schools under the Ministry of Education, said the programme allowed them to look at national issues such as development through different angles and perspectives.
“In Singapore, we realise that they are really making use of their technological advancements, especially in areas of transportation and development,” he said.
He said Brunei can adopt the city-state’s concepts and ideas that they’ve implemented and modify them to our own needs.
Attending as guest of honour at the event was Yahya Haji Idris, Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister’s Office.
The event saw group leaders from all three countries deliver a speech about the experience and knowledge they’ve gained through the programme.
The ceremony ended with an exchange of mementos between the three institutions followed by the presentation of certificates to LDP participants.
7th December 2015 - A PRIZE presentation ceremony was held to award winners of the Civil Service Institute (IPA) essay writing competition.
On hand to present the prizes was Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister‘s Office cum chief guest Mohd Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohd Yunos.
First place in the Research category was won by Dr Khadizah binti Haji Mumin, while Hajah Noorul Farizalina binti Abdul Karim took first place in the Contemporary category. Both were awarded cash prizes of $2,000 and $1,000 respectively.
Second place in the Research category was taken by Wan Harris Zaky bin Haji Ibrahim, and in third place was Dr Rosnan bin Ismail.
Second place in the Contemporary category went to Safriah binti Haji Hamdan, while in third place was Alyani binti Haji Ismail.
The essay writing competition is an annual event for the IPA since 1997. In 2014, the format was divided into two categories: Research and Contemporary, providing writers the opportunity to explore issues and contribute ideas towards the country’s development.
Participation is open to all Brunei citizens and permanent residents, and selected essays are published in the yearly IPA journal.
16 November 2015 - TEN senior government officers left for Singapore yesterday to attend the year's Trilateral (Brunei-Malaysia-Singapore) Leadership Development Programme (LDP).
Bidding the Brunei delegation farewell were Permanent Secretary (Corporate Affairs and Public Administration) at the Prime Minister's Office Haji Yahya bin Haji Idris and Civil Service Institute (IPA) Director Hajah Norezan binti Haji Hambali.
The programme is an annual joint event between the Civil Service Institute, Brunei (IPA), Institut Tadbiran Awam, Malaysia (INTAN) and Civil Service College, Singapore (CSC). This marks the seventh year the programme is being co-organised between the three countries.
The 12-day programme will commence at the Civil Service College in Singapore today. Malaysia will host the second leg of the programme from November 20 – 23, while the final part will be held at the Civil Service Institute from November 25 – 27.
Thirty officers from Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore are participating in the programme, which aims to allow for better networking among government officers from these countries.
The theme for the LDP in Brunei this year is 'Service Innovation.' It will include sharing Brunei's experience in innovating service provision both from the public and private sector. It will also showcase initiatives in the development of innovation and service delivery to the public.
This programme creates a venue for the exchange of experience, knowledge and ideas across the three public services in managing the affairs of governance. It also hopes to provide opportunities for participants to interact in an informal setting to stimulate discussions into the mechanism of handling public policy and employing creative ways of overcoming barriers that can be added into their experience on tackling national issues.
Tuesday, 27th October, Bandar Seri Begawan, The Islamic Management Seminar organised by the Civil Service Institute was held for two days with the attendance of 160 participants from various Government and Non-Government sectors. The objective of the seminar is to understand the concept and importance of Islamic Management Practises in the context of organisational success. It helps distinguish the solutions of ethic management problems between conventional and Islamic methods and promotes Islamic values and norms to achieve management objectives. The first session of the seminar opens with the discussion on “Building Dynamic Organisation through Ar Rashideen Management Approach” which was delivered by Professor Dr Sharifah Hayaati bt Syed Ismail, an associate Professor at the Department of Siasah Syari’yyah, Academy Studies, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. The session continues with the discussion of Islamic Values, Ethics and Accountability for a Good Governance in an Organisation.The second speaker, Dr. Azman Bin Hussin ends the first day with the third session, discussing on how to implement the Islamic-based Management Practises and explores the challenges faced in by the organisation. Dr Azman Hussin is the Director/Chairman of eNcoral Board of Directors. In 1985 he was elected as the President of the Malaysian Islamic Study Group (MISG) USA, well verse in Arabic, a student in Islamic Knowledge and the works on tafseer, seerah and history are among his favorites.The seminar continues on the 2nd day delivered by the third speaker, Haji Mohd Adam Mohd Said, Group Chief Executive Officer with more than 22 years of experience and management in several industries. This last session discusses on the topic of “Effective communication – the Prophetic Methods.” The two day seminar are attended by Divison 1 & 2 officers and ends on the second day with a Certificate presentation to the participants. The seminar hopefully delivers an understanding and allows them implement the Ar Rashideen Management approach in their daily organizational activities.

He now spends 30% of his time speaking throughout Asia. His client list includes Singapore Airlines, Hyatt Asia, Marriott, AT&T, IBM, Cisco System and many other Fortune 1000 companies.
The Executive Seminar is specially designed for 200 Government Officers in Division I and II that are responsible for the administration and management of Government Departments. Several for profit and non-profit organizations are also invited to attend the seminar.

The Civil Service Instiute (IPA) have taken another initiative in expanding their training services towards the civil servants on e-learning by the introduction of the new training hall called 'Dewan Ittisal'
'Ittisal' which translates to 'Link' is one of the contemporary training halls in Brunei Darussalam to provide service on e-conference and webinar in the form of classroom. Among the features of the hall are High-speed Internet Access, contemporary designed Seats and High Quality Definition screens for the ease in e-conference and webinar learning sessions.
One of the main objectives for the opening of 'Dewan Ittisal' is as the institute's initiative to support its corporate transformation agenda towards achieving the need to expand training grounds through 'e-learning'. This initiative is also in hopes to reduce training cost by operating Dewan Ittisal to "bring" international consultants to IPA through digital means.
The ceremony held at the civil service institute was attended by 40 guests comprising of senior officials from government sectors as well as private sectors and the opening was commenced by the guest of honor, Yang Mulia Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Wahab bin Juned, Deputy-Minister at the Prime Minister's Office.
The Director of IPA, Yang Mulia Hajah Norezan binti Haji Hambali, initiated a welcoming speech and was then preceded with the showcase of the hall's promotional video clip. The guests present also had a chance to listen to a live broadcast webminar direct from Chennai, India presented by Dato' Dr Palan, the chairman and CEO of SMR group Malaysia which presented a talk on "The Future of Learning". The event concludes with the recitation of the 'doa selamat'
The Civil Service institute hopes that with the opening of Dewan Ittisal, the institute will become one of the major lead in bringing a change in learning experience for the civil servants and public.
Civil Service Institute (CSI), in efforts to promote awareness on the programs provided by CSI, an SMS notification initiative has been introduced in the event held at Institute as another step to improve and further the quality of services delivered by CSI to the civil servants.
Among the objective of the awareness promoted on the CSI programs through this SMS notification system is to enhanced efficiency, accuracy and to expand the capability to deliver information of the programs to the relevant focal especially the Government Training Coordinators from various Ministries and Departments.
In addition, this is one of the steps taken by CSI to ensure each focal/participants can receive class notification information that is channel through the SMS notification without downloading any additional apps.
With the introduction of this service, CSI hope that it can enhance the effectiveness of CSI program coordination and classroom participants in the future. The event ends with the presentation of the electronic communication tools for the SMS notification initiative by the Director of CSI, Yang Mulia Hajah Norezan binti Haji Hambali to the CSI head of Centers.
Dubai, 8th June 2015 - The Civil Service Institute (CSI) have carved a historical milestone when it is conferred the "Contribution to HR Community Award" of the Asia HRD Awards 2015, after successfully being selected by the independent Awards Committee.
The "Contribution to the HR Community Award" is an award for those who have contributed high-value ideas that have been adopted by HR practitioners as testimony of their recognition. It is also adopted by organizations due to their effectiveness and adopted as a HRD best practice for global impact.
Receiving the Award on behalf of the Civil Service Institute was Hajah Norezan binti Haji Hambali, Director of CSI. The Award was presented in person by His Excellency Engineer Fahmi bin Ali Al-Jowder, Former Minister of Works, Minister in-charge of Electricity & Water Authority, Kingdom of Bahrain at the Awards Gala Dinner held at Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dubai, UAE on 8th June 2015.
The Award was given in recognition of CSI's initiatives in implementing its corporate transformation agenda, which involves undertaking a holistic transformation journey through restrategising and repackaging its learning and development programs, to make them more interactive, thematic and targeted. Aimed to cut across all levels of the community, CSI has repositioned its markets by opening its door to those beyond the public sector.
Hybrid learning and development programs are put in place to support His Majesty's vision of a more dynamic civil service that thrives on positive mindsets while maintaining and adopting Islamic Management principles in their daily routine. The values envisioned by His Majesty are all attractively packaged and delivered in an innovative manner in order to remain relevant and sought-after by the stakeholders in this ever-changing global learning and development market.
According to the Director, this achievement owed very much to the ideas of the vibrant, highly spirited and energetic members of the Professional staff of CSI who have successfully developed beyond-classroom learning and development programs that attracted participants from various levels and disciplines. In addition, the Director also stressed that insightful guidance and support from the Prime Minister's Office have also contributed to CSI's accomplishment. "In the years ahead, CSI will continue to develop competent human capital that are equipped and determined to face the challenges of the future head-on and bring Brunei to the fore-front in line with Brunei's Vision 2035", she emphasised.
The event attended by 200 HR practitioners representing 60 organisations from 20 countries from Asia, was held in conjunction with the Asia HRD Congress 2015.

A talk on 'Muhasabah Bahasa Kita' was held this morning, 9 May 2015 at Bilik Perpaduan, Civil Service Institute (CSI). The talk was delivered by Awang Haji Ahmad bin Masrun from Department of Schools. About 32 CSI staff attended the talk as part of their learning and development.
Closing ceremony of the CLMV Program entitled 'Unlocking Winning Strategies In Management took place' on Thursday afternoon, 7 May 2015 at Dewan Penghayatan, Civil Service Institute (CSI).
Presenting certificates to the participants was Permanent Secretary (Corporate Affairs and Public Administration) at the Prime Minister's Office, Awang Haji Yahya bin Haji Idris.
Also present were Director-General of Public Service, Awang Jaini bin Haji Abdullah, Director of CSI, Dayang Hajah Norezan binti Haji Hambali, Acting Director of Management Services Department, Awang Aminuddin bin Haji Buntar and senior government officials.
The ceremony ended with a group photo session.
On 10th November 2014, KKC Toolkit was launched by Yang Mulia Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Wahab bin Juned, Deputy Minister, Prime Minister's Office during the 17th KKC Convention, 2014 which took place at Royal Berkshire Hall, Polo, Jerudong.
The CLMV Program entitled 'Unlocking Winning Strategies In Management was conducted on 4th - 7th May 2015 at Civil Service Institute.
The 4-day program was attended by 9 officers from various Ministries and Departments and 9 officers from CLMV countries. The program was facilitated by local consultant, Awang Zainal Abidin bin Tinggal.
During the program, the participants went to Ministry of Communication and Ministry of Health as part of their work visit.
Coordinators from various Ministries and Departments of Government Sector as
well as Non-Government Sectors comes together to participate in the first World Café Session with the Training Coordinators (TCs) organised by the Civil Service Institute (CSI).
The World Cafe was held on 30th April 2015 at the Orchid Garden Hotel which was attended
by 176 Training Coordinators. The session was conducted and delivered by the Director of
the Institute, Hajah Norezan binti Haji Hambali as well as other senior

importance of TC’s role as “HR Ambassadors” in introducing and coordinating
training needs of their organization.
Apart from the presentation delivered, throughout the session the attendees
participate also took part in learning activities and games based on the
importance of their feedback to help enhance the delivery of the training
service provided by the institute.
A briefing with 'KKC' Training Coordinators from 12 Ministries on this year's KKC National Convention preparation was held on Wednesday afternoon, 6th May 2015 at Dewan Penglibatan, Civil Service Institute.
The 18th KKC National Convention, 2015 is expected to hold sometime in September this year.
