We are pleased to inform you that Institut Perkhidmatan Awam / Civil Service Institute (IPA) is currently offering training providers / consultants for a request for Proposal and Quotations for Training Services at Institut Perkhidmatan Awam for the Session 01 APRIL 2020 UNTIL 31 MARCH 2022 through our online system.
Interested companies may submit their proposals and quotations to conduct IPA training Programme (for the session 01 April 2020 until 31 March 2022) commencing
MONDAY, 13 JANUARY 2020 (8:15 AM) Brunei GMT.
Submission of proposals and quotations will only be accepted through our online system at http://www.equotation.ipa.gov.bn:8080/
Participating companies are required to pay the registration fee of BND100.00 (Brunei Dollars: One Hundred Only) EXCLUDING THE BANK SERVICE CHARGE INCURRED DURING TRANSACTION. User ID and password to access the online system will only be provided upon registration.
For companies outside of Brunei Darussalam, as proof of payment, kindly fax or email the payment slip by quoting your Company Name and any given reference number. The user ID and Password to access the online system will be sent via email.
Any registration should be accompanied with a copy of the company license.

The Civil Service College (CSC), as Singapore's designated PSTI, has played host to the Study Visit and Roundtable on 2 – 4 July 2019 for all Training Institutes from the ASEAN member countries. Brunei was represented by two senior officers from the Civil Service Institute. The Study Visit was filled with sharing sessions by PSTIs particularly on Public Service Transformation journey as well as practical activities in view of the world changing context.Fruitful and robust discussions were held on how ASEAN PSTI Network could supportPublic Sector Transformation in deepening core skills and building new capabilities of the people. Learning journeys were also made to the Institute for Lifelong Learning (LLI) and Tampines Hub, showcasing project evidencessupporting Singapore's Public Service Transformation.
The Roundtable on the other was held at INN x CSC, a sandbox for creating collaboration, innovation, and learning ecosystem for all public officers. It is also simultaneously an "experimental space" for Public Officers to ideate and safely try out new ideas and for CSC to work out the ecosystem for progressive ways of fostering learning. The Roundtable gave the opportunity for PSTI membersto exchange best practices and discuss common challenges in key areas pertaining to "Developing Leaders for a Digital Era".
